Optimizing Outcomes by Spanning the Gap between the Clinic and the Bench.
Specimen Data Collection
If you have considered the impact that a research laboratory would have on your knowledge and confidence in how you’re treating patients, we are your turn-key laboratory resource. No need to find equipment, space and facilities, the appropriate personnel or capital to launch a full-scale research program. We built it for you! We supply you with kits to send any specimen for analysis overnight with ala carte and custom options and are available to speak with you about your laboratory results and advise on methods to improve your product outputs as needed. We are not just another impersonal laboratory; we are your R&D laboratory.
Physicians working with autologous cell therapies such as platelet-rich plasma, bone marrowaspirate/concentrate and micronized adipose tissue are often interested in determining the quality of their samples. This can vary based on devices and protocol used, patient age and health. The collection of simple laboratory metrics is helpful in further understanding why some patients improve more than others and what devise/protocol are ideal under specific circumstances or conditions. As standardization is largely lacking in these therapies, from the “dosage” of the product (e.g., platelet and WBC count inPRPs) to the clinical method (e.g., intraarticular +/- intraosseous), collection of laboratory metrics paired with clinical data are often published and provide the necessary steps leading to consistency in patient outcomes.

Research Projects
If you have a clinical research project where you suspect a key cellular or molecular component isresponsible for either a positive or deleterious clinical outcome or, you’re interested in exploring cellresponses to different stimuli for translational purposes, we can help! We offer consulting services todesign and perform the appropriate in-vitro experiments resulting in the highest resolution whileminimizing confounding factors to test your hypothesis. Whether this requires protein quantitation, cellculture methods, cell type quantitation and phenotyping or activation status via flow cytometry orfluorescent microscopy or dynamic cell secretome experiments, we will get it done with you. Our goal isto ensure that your research project generates publication and/or patent-grade results.
