FAQ

Due to the variability in the orthobiologics available and the metrics that may be collected for each, reach out to us at contact@DreMedTech.com. This way we can and let us know what sample type you plan to have assayed and for what metrics. The more metrics you add, the more cost effective a package becomes. If you plan to ship routinely, we will be able to further discount your price! As a benchmark, simple assays range for bone marrow aspirate concentrate:

  • TNC – $75
  • viability – $100
  • CFU-f $200
  • the bundle for these is $320

Simply complete the Requisition Form and include it in your shipment. The Requisition Form can be found under “Resources”. Only request assays which you have a quote or pricing agreement for otherwise, please contact us at contact@DreMedTech.com.

Our courier is FedEx Express and our rates range from ~$35 – $50 for overnight shipping depending on your location in the US. You can ship multiple patient samples and/or sample type FedEx Pak provided which can be delivered under one label.

Email us at contact@DreMedTech.com and let us know what you’re intending to ship and how often. We will supply you with the appropriate sample containers, packaging material and shippers at no upfront charge! Kit contents on our webpage under “Resources”.

Once you have your kits, just email us at contact@DreMedTech.com and we will supply you with your label electronically via email.

We only receive Monday – Friday, which means if your assays are viable samples scheduled for an overnight delivery, you must have the package in possession of FedEx by 4:00 PM your local time Monday – Thursday. If you leave a package with FedEx on a Friday, it is typically handled by FedEx as a Monday drop-off and will arrive on Tuesday.

Upon completion of the assays requested, we will email the report to address requested.
This depends on your assays. If it requires cell growth/expansion, such as a CFU-f assay., you will typically receive the report within 14 days of shipping. If the assays do not require culture (e.g., TNC, viability), reports are typically submitted back to you within 2-3 days.
If you have questions or issues with your report, we are happy to set-up a time to meet with you virtually for ~10 minutes. We are here to help resolve any issues you have.
